Huajin won the key project of Shandong Energy Research Institute Enterprise Joint Fund for the first time
Recently, Shanxi Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Qingdao Huajin New Material Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huajin New Material") and Shandong Energy Research Institute signed the Enterprise Joint Fund (2023) Project Assignment, focusing on the systematic and in-depth research on the high-performance, homogenization and product stabilization of special graphite for semiconductors, so as to finally achieve the goal of making raw materials into materials, making materials into devices, and making devices easier to use. This important development also marks the outstanding performance and high recognition of Huajin New Materials in the industry, which further strengthens the company's development direction and strategic positioning. We will continuously enhance our own strength and make greater contributions to the development of the industry.
Basic research is the source of the entire scientific system and the overall authority for all technical issues. The company's technical team, represented by Chief Scientist and Researcher Guo Quangui, has accumulated nearly 30 years of research and development experience, with a focus on industry and expertise. This project aims to address the urgent demand for special graphite materials for third-generation semiconductors, which cannot be replaced domestically and can be cut off at any time. Through technology transfer and transformation, it solves the fundamental and critical problems of this graphite material, achieves comprehensive surpassing imported products in terms of technological level and product performance, greatly reduces its monopoly position in China, breaks its monopoly price, achieves complete marketization of high-end special graphite prices, and clears the biggest basic raw material obstacles for the development of downstream SiC semiconductor industry in China. This promotes the complete independent development of China's semiconductor chip industry.
